Foreign Trade Control Staff (BOI) - Prachinburi (15K-18K) (SDG-73392) เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมการค้าต่างประเทศ (BOI) - ปราจีนบุรี <Job Responsibilities> Taking care Both of Export & Import process related to BOI Coordinate with Shipping, Custom, Sales and in the team - Contact shipping for export shipment. - Check and confirm ex-entry, BL etc. - Contact custom, BOI (case by case) - Prepare document of BOI and Custom for export. - Prepare purchase order and send copy to suppliers and to departments originating request. - Return Vendor Report to Supplier (Report V) - Refund tax of raw material and machine - Cutting the Machine List that over than 5 years for Tax Free - Annual Operating Report (Tor Sor 310) - Request for permission for Scrap Export - Project Monitoring for Commencements of Operations. (Sampling check all process) - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Female, 23-25 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - 1 year experienced in BOI (Import-Export) Function (Manufacturing company or Trading) - Knowledge IATF16949, ISO14001 - English for documents - Be patient, well task management - Great coordinating skills, detail oriented person - Have own car or motorcycle with driving license (commute to work) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company - Early or Immediately join Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Prachinburi (304 Industrial Park) Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: As company calendar - around 9 days per year>) About the Benefits Salary: 15,000–18,000THB About the company Product & Service: Wire Harness for Automotive/Oxygen Sensor for car and motorcycle/Wire Harness for Air Conditioner/Harness Assembly for Fork Lift Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment
