Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To control and monitor production plans, manage and track daily production (Daily Production Plan) to efficiently achieve set targets. - To monitor and control the proportion of C-Grade work and conduct root cause analysis to determine solutions and preventive measures. - To monitor the operating condition of machinery and implement corrective actions when malfunctions occur to minimize impact on the production line. - To oversee the work performance of employees in the organization to ensure strict adherence to regulations and safety standards. - To inspect the accuracy of the first piece (First Piece/First Lot Confirmation) of each production batch to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. - To inspect and control the quality of finished fabrics to ensure they meet customer specifications and standards. - To summarize and report the production situation, including any machine malfunctions, to supervisors systematically and promptly. - To promote environmental awareness in work processes and apply environmentally friendly policies or practices within the department. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in Overall Production Process, Finishing process, First Piece, or Lab test from Textile or Chemical Manufacturing - At least 3 years of experience in supervisory or managerial level (no need for direct subordinates) - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese report line, and report to Japanese Management) <In Details> - Proficient in using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports and summarizing data. - Possesses knowledge and skills in using quality analysis tools such as QC 7 Tools, Why-Why Analysis, or Root Cause Analysis - Possesses knowledge and understanding of automotive industry quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and environmental and safety standards (ISO 14001) - Possesses strong leadership qualities and the ability to effectively manage teams, make decisions, and solve problems on the spot. - Possesses strong communication, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination skills. - Highly responsible, able to handle pressure and achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Automotive or Airbag Parts
