Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and manage cash flow (short-term and long-term) to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. - Prepare and analyze cash flow forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. - Monitor and control cash inflows and outflows in accordance with company policies. - Coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, and Management teams to optimize working capital. - Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating credit facilities, loans, and financial services. - Analyze financial trends and recommend strategies to improve cash utilization efficiency. - Establish and enforce credit policies, including reviewing and approving customer credit limits. - Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payments. - Analyze Aging Reports and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to assess collection performance. - Improve receivables management processes to reduce overdue accounts and bad debts. - Provide monthly reports on accounts receivable status and cash flow to management. - Lead, manage, and develop the Finance / Credit Control & Collection team to achieve high performance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on cash flow management, credit control, and collections in the manufacturing industry - Experience in setting and managing credit policies and customer credit risk assessment. - Conversational high level of English (International Meeting) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage. - Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration <Details> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with Aging Report, DSO analysis, and collection strategies. - Proven experience in managing working capital, liquidity planning, and banking relationships. - Solid understanding of financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
