Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
• Oversee AP, AR, and GL to ensure timely and accurate financial processing and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with local and group requirements.
• Equipped with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking mindset to interpret financial information, provide data-driven insights to align various business decisions.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
• Lead rolling forecast and annual budgeting processes; conduct variance analysis and risk assessments.
• Align financial plans with local business strategy and group performance targets.
• Partner with Sales and Operations teams to track key Operational and Financial KPIs.
3. ERP & Systems Oversight
• Manage the financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (new version of Microsoft Navision) and other teams to ensure system efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to system integration, automation, and reporting.
4. Compliance, Tax & Statutory Reporting
• Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations (PND.50, PND.51) and statutory submissions (BOJ.5, DBD).
• Maintain robust internal controls and oversee all audit-related processes.
• Act as key liaison with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and consultants.
• Understand and manage two legal entities in Thailand (for holding and trading).
5. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure accuracy, collaboration, and growth.
• Promote streamlined workflows, best practices, and strong internal governance.
• Strong communication skills are essential to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance and accounting managerial role; Manager or Assistant Manager level with subordinates.
- Must hold CPD registration in Thailand;
- In-depth knowledge of Thai GAAP, IFRS, and local tax law.
- Strong command of any ERP systems
- Conversational High to Fluent level in English (report and weekly meeting with various countries' management, documents, email, reports etc.)
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to operate in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
<Preferable experience>
- Experience in MNC company, international or matrix organization experience
- CPA Thailand preferred.
- Ideally to have experience working in ISO9001 environment or ISO9001 preparation for Finance.
- Experienced of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Holding IELTS level 6 / TOFEL level 80 / TOEIC level 660.
- Experience in trading/ service field
- Experience in communicating with oversea, coordinate with foreigner employee or report line
