About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for issuing payments / receipts. A number of related tasks are included in this function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Assist in a day to day accounting procedure, raise check and bank transfer for approved payment to suppliers, ensuring that all payments are properly authorized and approve.
Ø Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Ø Daily operations on payment function such as check tax invoices and review payment voucher.
Ø Ensure all payments are made on time with the accurate payment transaction.
Ø Perform reconcile bank account and supporting document for financial report on monthly basis.
Ø Coordinate with bank for cash management banking and maintain a good relationship.
Ø Assist with month end closing
Ø Provide supporting documentation for audits
Ø Support for ad-hoc works and project assigned by manager.
Ø Carry out assigned data entry/review/approval tasks in accordance with the Procure-to-Pay approval matrix.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, male/female, age 24-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
Ø 2-3 years of relevant working experience in general accounting including AP
Ø Proficient in data entry and management
Ø Occasional long hours and weekends
Preferable:
Ø Proficient in general accounting procedures & principles (GAAP, IFRS)
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri
