Work outline: In charge of the overall finance management, reporting, budgeting, month-end closing, forecasts, and controllership functions in Thailand. This role is based in Bangkok and reports directly to the General Manager and Regional HQ Finance Controller
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Accountable for the evaluation, reconciliation and resolution of complex accounting transactions as well as maintaining oversight of the general ledger accounts.
Ø Responsible for the preparation of the market forecast and budget plan in relation with business line managers, management report as well as any financial reports to HQ.
Ø Provide accurate and timely financial information to country and regional management for sound and financially backed decisions.
Ø Collaborate with country and segment level managers through ongoing sharing and reporting of key financial data.
Ø Coordinate and review annual income tax provision calculations required for local requirement and consolidated financial reporting.
Ø Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/JSOX, local/statutory accounting standards, corporate policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws including regulations.
Ø Deal with tax department and related governmental authorities regarding all tax matters.
Ø Designs and maintains the necessary procedures and systems to ensure proper financial records and controls.
Ø Responsible for managing of the annual audit with auditors.
Ø Responsible for managing the relationship with banks, including current accounts, loans, internet banking, etc.…
Ø Manage and supervise the accounting team (one accountant and one assistant).
Ø Ensure internal control process comply with corporate policies and procedures.
Ø Other tasks as assigned by company management.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male only, age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
Ø At least 10 years in Accounting/Auditing/Finance field working
Ø Good command of English language, written and spoken
Ø Strong organizational / leadership skills
Ø Possess CPD license
Preferable:
Ø Possess CPA license
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
