Work Outline: Responsible for overall account payable and payments activities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for verifying invoices, purchase requisitions and debit memos
Prepare account payable transactions
Update and manage supplier records for payment process
Proceed payment by cheque and/or fund transfer
Handle inquiries from suppliers regarding status of payments
Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve differences
Handle and control local payment for trade term and daily
Prepare and manage payment vouchers to settle AP in the system
Maintain filings and records for payment vouchers
Support bank reconciliation before month end closing
Prepare overdue report for Accounting Payable department
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 – 2 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, and other related functions
Knowledge in Account Payable for local control would be advantage
Good command in written and spoken English
Must have strong ability in communication and interpersonal skills
Preferable:
Working experience in a multi-national trading company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) **1 Saturday per month depends on company’s calendar**
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 THB Excluding allowances
