- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance and accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Consolidate the company accounting report (9 group companies)
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
producing long-term business plans
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Managing budgets
- Developing and managing financial systems/models
- Carrying out financial and business modelling and risk assessments
- Supervising staff
- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male, Female 40-55 years old
Bachelor’s degree
More than 10 years of working experiences in Finance and Accounting Manager (from any industry)
Accounting skillset: Consolidation skill
Finance skillset: Loan and Capital funding, Financial models and etc.
Accounting software: Express
CPD is required
Good command of verbal and written in English (there're partnerships with foreign corporates)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experiences in Auditing firm
CPA holders
Languages skills

- บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางการบัญชีการเงิน
- สร้างและดูแลไฟล์และบันทึกทางการเงินเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารธุรกรรม
- จัดเรียงจัดเตรียมและตีความรายงานงบประมาณบัญชีข้อคิดเห็นและงบการเงิน
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์และช่วยในการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์
จัดทำแผนธุรกิจระยะยาว
- ทำการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับราคาคู่แข่งและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ
- การควบคุมรายรับกระแสเงินสดและรายจ่าย
- การจัดการงบประมาณ
- การพัฒนาและจัดการระบบ / โมเดลทางการเงิน
- ดำเนินการสร้างแบบจำลองทางการเงินและธุรกิจและการประเมินความเสี่ยง
- ดูแลพนักงาน
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับพนักงานระดับบริหารและเพื่อนร่วมงานคนอื่น ๆ
