Work Outline: Be responsible for finance, admiration and human resource tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Manage and monitor all operation of finance and accounting transaction
Coordinating with outsourced accounting company
Keying in monthly profit & loss and Balance sheet in Oracle HFM
Provide financial reporting
BOI report for 6 months, 1 year and 2 years
Refresh company registration every 3 months
Preparing for documents to renew and/or apply visa and work permit applying under BOI approval
Purchasing IT equipment, stationery, marketing material
IT equipment & internet system, mainly coordinate/sourcing for IT outsource service
Arrangement of Postage / Courier incl. export and import for marketing material-samples-claim parts
Payroll
Employment contract and all contracts such as office leasing contract
Company regulation / rules / memo
Staff training In-house and outsource programmed arrangement both oversea and domestic.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance; min. 5 years of accounting experience
Good command in English and working precisely with numbers or other kinds of data
Work independently, attention to details ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Working with complex systems and processes

Workplace Area: Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-45,000 THB/ Month
