Finance & Accounting Senior Manager - General Manager (90K – 115K) (SDG-51925) <Job Responsibilities> - Perform full spectrum of accounting functions and financial affairs for 3 group companies - Manage AP, AR, GL, sections as main - Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control - Responsible for Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statement and Management reports - Prepare BS, BL, cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements of 3 group companies - Analyze financial statement and coordinate with accounting team of HQ in Thailand. - Prepare and responsible for tax return; Finalize taxes annual and mandatory reports for government - Responsible for drafting yearly budgeting and Mid –Term Plan for the company - Maintain general ledger and assets register - Liaise with auditors, bankers, governmental departments and other external bodies - Control Cash flow, identify possible and better source of funds - Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each departments - Train junior staff to let them perform better, and monitor their performance - Other task that assigned from management <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female age 40 – 50 years old - Bachelor's degree in accounting - At least 10 years’ accounting & finance experience in manufacturing company - Good knowledge of Institutional, Managerial accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax rule (PND documents) , TFRS, IFRS - At least 5 year’s management experiences as manager level above - CPD license holder - Conversational high level of English - Having strong leadership and management skill <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good command of Japanese Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase 2, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Every other Saturday working) About the Benefits Salary: 90,000–115,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Automotive parts, motorcycle parts, electronics parts, precision machinery parts, medical equipment parts, architectural hardware, etc. Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts _________________________________________________________

ผู้จัดการอาวุโสฝ่ายการเงินและบัญชี - ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (90K - 115K) (SDG-51925) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - ปฏิบัติงานด้านการบัญชีและการเงินอย่างเต็มรูปแบบสำหรับ 3 กลุ่ม บริษัท - จัดการ AP, AR, GL, ส่วนต่างๆเป็นหลัก - กำหนดขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดการเงินสดและการควบคุมสินเชื่อ - รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมเครดิตค่าภาคหลวงภาษีการกระทบยอดธนาคารรายงานทางการเงินและรายงานการจัดการ - จัดทำ BS, BL, รายงานกระแสเงินสดและจัดทำงบการเงินของ บริษัท ในเครือ 3 แห่ง - วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและประสานงานกับทีมบัญชีของ HQ ในประเทศไทย - จัดทำและรับผิดชอบการคืนภาษี; จัดทำรายงานภาษีประจำปีและรายงานบังคับของรัฐบาลให้เสร็จสิ้น - รับผิดชอบในการร่างงบประมาณรายปีและแผนระยะกลางสำหรับ บริษัท - ปรับปรุงบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไปและการลงทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ - ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีธนาคารหน่วยงานราชการและหน่วยงานภายนอกอื่น ๆ - ควบคุมกระแสเงินสดระบุแหล่งที่เป็นไปได้และแหล่งเงินทุนที่ดีกว่า - จัดทำรายงานการบัญชีต้นทุนเพื่อให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละแผนก - ฝึกอบรมพนักงานรุ่นเยาว์เพื่อให้พวกเขาทำงานได้ดีขึ้นและติดตามการทำงาน - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 40 - 50 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี - ประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 10 ปีใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสถาบัน, การบัญชีบริหาร, การบัญชีต้นทุน, กฎภาษี (เอกสาร PND), TFRS, IFRS - ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับผู้จัดการด้านบน - ผู้ถือใบอนุญาต CPD - สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง - มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการจัดการที่แข็งแกร่ง <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า> - สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน: อมตะนครเฟส 2, ชลบุรี เวลาทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
