<Job Responsibilities>
- Operations in the field of finance
- Collaboration between the Japan headquarters and Asian subsidiaries (including external vendors) at Thailand equity, and performance management of each entity
- Strategic planning and involvement in investment projects (M&A)
- Monthly profit and loss analysis and business planning in the area of management accounting
- Monthly profit and loss management for Thailand equity
- General accounting tasks (payments, review of vouchers, journal entries, preparation of consolidated reporting packages for the headquarters) Job specification
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Over 5 years of experience in finance and accounting at a Japanese company or consulting experience at a Big 4 firm.
- Experience in managerial level for 3 years old (Al least Assistant Manager)
- Experience of involved of BOI
- Experience or understanding of M&A projects (mergers, acquisitions, ***investment planning).
- Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1), use for communicating with Japanese Headquarter and Japanese Management
- Business level in English, use for communicating with subsidiaries company (Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Hold CPD license
- Navision ERP Program
