Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage tasks related to business registration and corporate entities - Control, manage, and administrate tasks related to capital control, funding, and treasury management - Supervise the closing process for month-end and year-end - Oversee the preparation of financial statements - Oversee the preparation of analytical documents and reconciliations for account closing - Supervise and manage tasks related to overall accounting functions and cash receipts/disbursements - Control and manage cash transaction processes between the local branch and headquarters - Oversee tasks related to tax registrations for various tax types - Supervise the preparation, documentation, filing, and payment of tax returns and tax liabilities - Identify potential issues within the assigned department and formulate action plans or countermeasures - Manage and mitigate data control risks within the defined scope of work - Manage personnel, handle labor relations, and oversee employee training within the assigned department - Execute business and process management within the defined scope of work - Conduct research, analysis, and design for business process improvements - Introduce and implement new business processes - Study regulatory and governance trends, analyze their impact, and plan/execute countermeasures - Handle procedures for applications, notifications, reports, etc., to external organizations such as government agencies - Draft and manage various business contracts within the scope of work - Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments as required - Manage and safeguard confidential information within the assigned department - Handle document management and filing processes within the defined scope - Manage general administrative tasks within the assigned department - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of direct experience in accounting and finance - At least 5 to 10 years of managerial-level experience in supervising an accounting team - Must hold a Professional Accountant license (CPD) and be capable of closing financial statements - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws - Experienced in using accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office <In details> - Strong analytical skills, meticulousness, and a high sense of responsibility - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in a fast-growing organization - Meticulous approach and commitment to accuracy - Leadership capabilities and the ability to develop and grow team members <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Preference given to candidates holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license - Prior experience in tax planning and tax management for the company is a plus - Ability to develop strategic work plans is considered an advantage
