Work Outline: Do the daily Accounting & Finance operation task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare daily payment voucher both cash & cheque
Prepare account payable with PO/without PO
SAP daily transaction entry for payment and account payable
Handle domestic & overseas transfer via e-payment with Bank
Prepare input & output vat report including VAT submission (PP.30) to Revenue Depart.
Issue withholding tax certificate and prepare Withholding tax report to Revenue Dept.
Handling tax PND.54, PP.36 and request withholding tax certificate in Eng. Version for vendor
Contact with Revenue department, request withholding tax (English version) for oversea payment
Fixed asset management (Registration, physical count, deposal, sale etc.)
Multi tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age of 25 – 30 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or any equivalent field
At least 3-5 years working experiences in the field of Accounts
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit, tax regulations, legal and statutory requirements
Knowledge in SAP (R3) is a must.
Competent PC skills and use of software applications
Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), TOEIC 550
Languages skills
English: Business Level TOEIC 550
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Rangsit/ Pathumthani
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday-Friday)
