Work outline: Responsible for Trade function such as checking the details on sales invoices and purchase invoices which prepared by sales department or admin and properly posted to the AX system
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly inventories reconciliation and inventories balance report also
Prepare monthly sales and cost reconciliation to ensure that sales and cost are accurate and complete
Prepare output VAT report
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Collaborate and work closely with the team members across department for process efficiency
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, female only, age 28-32 years old
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Experiences in Inventories control would be advantage
Experiences in SAP and AX system would be advantage
Project recognition and incoterm knowledge would be advantage
Good skills of Thai accounting standard and taxation
Good communication skills for Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Proactive and enjoy working under pressure
Able to work hard to finish the job on time
Able to communicate in English
Languages skills
English: Conversation level (TOEIC 550)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 THB (Base salary) negotiable
