Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> The Field Service Engineer’s primary function is to travel to customer sites to install and repair fiber laser sources and related equipment/components. Additional responsibilities include training and providing technical support to customers. - Travel to customer site to install and repair laser products. - Training and providing technical support to customers. - Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to the supervisor. - Understand technical documentation, schematics and blueprints, as to utilize them in field support. - Provide regular reports and feedback to the supervisor. - Accurately identify system problems from the information from the field, consolidate this information and report these problems to the appropriate teams. - Assist other Field Service Engineers as directed in the region. - Provide exceptional customer service. - Support sales department with technical assistance. - Other tasks as assinged ** The average of frequency of visiting clients are 2-3days per week **Customer area is all over Thailand, but mostly in Rayong, Chonburi, and Amata Nakorn. Several times a year, this position go on business trips to other Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia and Vietnam.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor degree of Electronics *fresh graduated welcome - Conversational middle to high level of English (if candidate can understand the words related to the electronics can try) - Willing to travel oversea after joining(Include training) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversational level of Japanese or Chinese - Ability to strip, cleave and splice optical fibers - Experience with technical support in electrical/electronics (laser products advantageous) - Experience with optical and electrical test methods for fiber amplifiers and lasers - Excellent electronics/electrical troubleshooting skills
