Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- New client development (main responsibility)
- Supporting existing clients
- Hearing of client needs
- Solution proposals
- Preparing quotations
- Negotiation of contracts
- Project progress report to the client after the contract is signed.
- Visit clients by company car(the driver will be provided)
- Other tasks as assigned
*After the contract is signed, the specific consulting work will be handed over to the associate sales staff. Still, regular follow-up with the Japanese contact and project progress reports will continue to be provided.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Con high-business level of Japanese (Have Japanese skill JLPT N2 or higher)
・2-3 years of Sales experience in any industry(HR industry is preferred)
・Able to go on a business trip in the Chonburi area (5 days per month)
・Punctual and responsible
・Learn new things, like challenges
・Like talking with client
・Have strong interest in HR development, and consulting field. Interested in building a career as a consultant
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Chit Lom
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)
