<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure smooth communication between Thailand and Japan teams - Support management efficiency and decision-making - Help establish a professional and organized corporate environment during the start-up phase - Provide interpretation support between Taiwan and Thai staff - Translate documents, reports, and business communications - Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Support Sales management with scheduling, store visits, and administrative tasks. - Prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes - Support communication with the Taiwan headquarters - Assist with various administrative and project-related tasks"
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Experience as a secretary, interpreter, coordinator, or assistant - Basic proficiency in business Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above / Regarding Chinese, either modern or traditional is fine.) - Bachelor's degree in any field - Good communication and coordination skills - Able to communicate effectively with Japanese management - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) <Personality in detail> - HSK Level 4 or above - Hands-on experience in restaurant operations - Experience supporting senior management or executives - Experience in Food or Restaurant industry <Mindset> - Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks - Comfortable working in a start-up environment and handling a wide range of responsibilities - Flexible and willing to take on new challenges beyond their primary job scope - Strong motivation to grow together with the company and contribute to its long-term success
