Field Engineer (Network Operation/Shift Working) (25K-50K) (SDG-72746) วิศวกรภาคสนาม (การทำงานของเครือข่าย/การทำงานกะ) <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for monitoring networking systems, networking devices on LAN/WAN scope. - Responsible for handling first tier troubleshooting issues focus on LAN/WAN scope. - Configuration and troubleshooting of network device based in Cisco in LAN/WAN environment. - Support customer requested the were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement. - Follow up cases status and keep tracking until the incidents solved. - Provide report to customer and supervisor upon requests. - Other tasks as assigned by superior/client. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 24-35 years old - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields. - Minimum 1 years’ experience of monitoring/troubleshooting networking systems, networking devices on LAN/WAN scope. - Configuration of network device based in Cisco in LAN/WAN environment. - English: conversational low - Able to work as shift Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Working Hour: (Shift work/flexible) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–50,000THB About the company Product & Service: Call Center, Business Process Outsourcing, Digital Marketing Business Type: Outsourcing Company / BPO Company
