Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform daily work on-site or teleservices of the Feeder machine and associated equipment. - Visit customers regularly or upon request for routine service of machines and associated equipment. - Inspect, diagnose, and rectify machine failure operation, problems, breakdowns, etc. - Execute new machine installation with the team, test run of the machine, and provide training to users, provide maintenance, and address safety aspects. - Promote a package of service & maintenance contracts to existing customers for continuous services. - Generate service reports and quotations upon customers’ queries. .
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering - At least 2 years as a service/maintenance engineer, or mechanical engineer in machinery, automotive, robotics, automation industry, and manufacturing. - Own a car and driver’s license (Commuting and visiting clients in the future) - Communication Middle level of English (Internal, Email, Documents) - Be flexible on working hours, require traveling, or stay upcountry/overseas for some time when necessary. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to utilize 2D, 3D CAD/CAM program is preferable - Intermediate level of computer literacy skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows OS, etc. <In detail> - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work both individually and as a team player. - Able to communicate both internally and externally within the organization with all levels
