Factory Manager (80K-120K) (JO-180419-156563)
Work outline: Overseeing the whole manufacturing process and ensure that all the processes are running smoothly and on plan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Working closely with the management to determine the direction of the company including setting the production target and coordinate with the concerned organizations or departments.
Control and ensure that the products are up to standard.
Control and maintenance all machineries which are using in the factory.
Coordinate with other departments (I.e. marketing, sales, purchasing) to ensure that everything is working properly as planned and in the same direction.
Developing and improving the manufacturing process and machineries that are using in manufacturing by suggesting new technology to increase the amount of production
Analyze, prevent, and solve the problem that might occur inside of the factory
Monitoring all of the manufacturing process, products, and ensure that all departments are coordinating with each other properly.
Manage the waste and control the contamination level as per the legal regulation and ensure that the level of contamination will not affect to the environment and the public.
Responsible for the emergency courtesy when any accident occurs inside of the factory.
Make sure that company is running business base on ISO, Blue sign, ERP standard.
Responsible for safety and health under the international standard regulations

Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, 35-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineer, Engineer, Science or related field
At least 15 years’ experience in production and maintenance in chemical company or related field
At least 10 years’ experience in management and production line
At least 3-5 years’ experience as Factory Manager
Communicate in English effectively
Preferable:
Have leadership skills
Good analysis skill
Good communication skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8.15-16.30 (Mon-Fri)
