Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
- Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement cost-effective production strategies
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations
- Prepare and manage the factory budget
- Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance
- Other assign tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager or similar role in Manufacturing Machine, Automotive or industrial product.
- Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning).
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
- Conversational high level in English (To communicate with the report line)
- Proficiency in MS Office.
