Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Production Management - Plan, control, and monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow - Allocate manpower, manage production schedules, and ensure output meets required targets - Coordinate with related departments (QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, etc.) to resolve production issues Monitor machine and equipment conditions and report abnormalities promptly 2. Quality & System Control - Ensure production processes comply with ISO standards and company procedures - Support activities related to Quality Management - Representative (QMR) tasks - Work closely with QC to maintain product quality and resolve any quality concerns - Prepare and update production documents, reports, and work instructions as required 3. People Management - Supervise and manage production staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation - Promote teamwork, discipline, safety awareness, and continuous improvement among team members - problem-solving activities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity 4. System & Technical Support - Utilize ERP systems to record, track, and analyze production data - Review or open drawings using AutoCAD when required for productionข activities (advantage) - Support system improvements, process optimizations, and new technology implementation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in the engineering field. - At least 5 years in factory or production operations, in Automotive/Electronic/Semiconductor/ Machinery Manufacturing. - 3 years of expirience in management level with subordinates. - Conversational high level in English (Communication with Japanese MD, documents and e-mail) Experience using ERP systems in manufacturing - Strong understanding of ISO systems and ability to maintain standard procedures - Knowledge/experience related to QMR responsibilities - Understanding of QC / Quality Control processes - Ability to read or open AutoCAD drawings - Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office - Have Owan car to commute to company or Able to commute to company by own. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in working with graphite is an advantage - Experienced working in a Japanese Company
