Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide leadership, management, and strategic vision for the operations of mission-critical facilities. - Ensure the provision of high-level Data Center Service Management, Buildings and Facilities Management, and Security Management. - Ensure full implementation of all safety, health, environment, and quality requirements in line with relevant regulations and company standards. - Establish necessary operation and maintenance procedures to preserve the good condition of the premises, all equipment, and the data center environment. - Promptly execute recovery processes against any system outage, service failure, or building structure problem in a timely manner. - Manage day-to-day customer service and maintain all site infrastructures. - Oversee the performance of various operational units, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of services to contribute to overall business success. - Establish and manage a 24/7 operation team by implementing compliant shift schedules. - Lead outsourcing engineers to form a 24/7 facility operations team. - Plan a strategy for the continuous growth and development of the operations team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field. - At least 10-15 years of experience in Facilities Management - At least 5 years in a Data Center or Mission-Critical environment(Power grids, Telecommunication networks, Hospital IT systems, etc) - Conversational High in English (for corporate reporting and cross-border communication) - Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure: UPS systems, High-Voltage/Low-Voltage power distribution, Generators, Chillers, HVAC/CRAC, and Fire Suppression systems. Familiarity with Data Center standards. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Holding a valid Thai Associate or Professional Engineer License. - Possessing certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, ATS, or an Engineering License. <Details> - Expertise in managing 24/7 operation teams and shift schedules. Experience in vendor management and outsourcing contract negotiation. - Exceptional crisis management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under high pressure
