Work Outline: Manage overall function in FA department
Duties & Responsibility:
Take care of order about Factory Automation not only from clients but also from internal other department
Managing and developing overall FA department
Draw the design for FA system by himself/herself
Managing all of the process from procurement, assembling to designin
Being responsible for coordination and completion of the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project progress
Reviewing production, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities
Planning, developing and implementing new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of workforce and materials
Conducting training and indoctrination of staff to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures
Visit oversea clients or own factory in China, Vietnam in case if required (Not often)
Other task assigned by Manager or Japanese GM
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Age 35-39, Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
More than 10 years experience in Manufacturing company
Working experience in Designing/Maintainance of machinery
Working experience in management position
Good sense to find the point which FA system can provide solution
[Preferable]
Good command in English or Japanese
Good personality enough to teach/coach subordinates
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Workplace Area: Nava Nakorn
Working Hour: 7:30 – 16:30 (Mon – Fri), Sat : 1-2 times/month depends on company calendar
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/ Month
