Export-Import Staff (Japanese Speaking) (33K–40K) (SDG-106316) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายส่งออก-นำเข้า (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น) <Job responsibilities> ・Manage Export shipment & Import/Domestic shipment ・Follow Shipments to delivery on time by coordinating with shipping/freight forwarder and suppliers ・Prepare documents related to Import/Export such as PO, invoices *Especially Export to China is the main task ・Stock and Inventory management ・Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ・จัดการการส่งออกและนำเข้า/จัดส่งภายในประเทศ ・ติดตามการจัดส่งให้ส่งมอบตรงเวลาโดยประสานงานกับผู้จัดส่ง/ผู้ส่งสินค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ ・จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้า/ส่งออก เช่น PO, ใบแจ้งหนี้ *โดยเฉพาะการส่งออกไปยังประเทศจีนถือเป็นงานหลัก ・การจัดการสต็อกและสินค้าคงคลัง ・งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 2-3 years of experience as an Import/Export - Familiar with Export/Import process in terms of Schedule and document - Japanese language (No need to have JLPT certificate) Able to Communicate in daily life.
