Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage overall export operations (mainly ocean freight) (booking arrangements, shipment scheduling, transportation coordination) - Handle customer communication (mainly Japanese clients) - Respond to inquiries - Delivery coordination and troubleshooting - Manage and verify export-related documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) - Coordinate with internal departments and overseas branches - Lead and manage team members (training, performance, progress control) - Drive process improvement and operational efficiency - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry - Practical knowledge of export operations (primarily ocean freight) - Conversational high level of English for internal and external communication - Management experience (required for Manager position) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with Japanese clients communication
