<Job Description> - Coordinate export operations and shipping schedules with customers, suppliers, and logistics providers - Prepare and manage export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, and related shipping documents - Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with export regulations - Monitor shipment status and provide updates to related parties - Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery - Support communication with overseas customers and business partners - Manage and update export-related data and reports Solve operational issues related to shipment and delivery
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 year of experience in Customer service, Export officer, Logistics from trading or manufacturing company - Conversation High level to Business level of English (required TOEIC at least 750) to talk with customers and suppliers - Able to operate Office skill(Outlook Email, Excel vlook up/Pivot table) <Personality> - Person who has basic trade knowledge - Person who is detailed oriented and can do multitasks - Person who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work effectively - Person who has motivate to learn new things and can work for the team <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working Experience in Japanese Company
