Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. - Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests with efficiency and accuracy. - Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field - At least 6 years of work experience as a secretary at the CEO level. - Business level in Japanese with JLPT N2 up for communicate with Japanese CEO - Conversational high in English for communicating with customers and writing emails/documents <Details> - Active, enthusiastic personality; ability to handle urgent and complex tasks at the Executive Level of the company - Highly communicative and observant <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working with a Japanese company is a plus
