Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure smooth communication between Thailand and Japan teams - Support management efficiency and decision-making - Help establish a professional and organized corporate environment during the start-up phase - Provide interpretation support between Japanese and Thai staff - Translate documents, reports, and business communications - Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders - Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for management - Prepare meeting materials and meeting minutes - Support communication with the Japan headquarters - Assist with various administrative and project-related tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in any field - Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1) to communicate effectively with Japanese management - At least some experience as a secretary, interpreter, coordinator, or assistant (At least 5 years ) - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Good communication and coordination skills - Proactive, flexible, and willing to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a start-up environment - Strong motivation to grow with the company <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Possess JLPT N1 certification - Have experience working in a Japanese company - Have experience supporting senior management or executives - Have experience in the Food or Restaurant industry
