Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Providing administrative and coordination support to the President - Handling communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders - Managing tasks that require Japanese-language support (handover will be provided) - Processing expense claims and accounting vouchers - Managing company-owned vehicles - Coordinating office-related matters and office environment management - Liaising with building management and related tenants - Other duties assigned ■Potential Future Responsibilities - Supporting selected company housing contract matters - Assisting with expatriate repatriation procedures when required - Supporting internal and external coordination tasks - Handling arrangements related to business entertainment (e.g. ordering items, beverages, etc.) - Coordinating golf-related arrangements ■Notes - Driver shift management (approximately 20 drivers) is handled by the current staff member and is not part of this role. - Human Resources and legal-related duties are outside the scope of this position.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field *Fresh graduates welcome - Conversational high level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese CEO and other staff (Up N2) - Conversational high level of English (company official language is English) - Microsoft skill (Word, Excel, etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience as a secretary
