Work outline: In charge of secretary task to Japanese executive (President)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage the schedule, prioritize and minimize scheduling conflicts
Ø Perform mostly administrative and clerical duties such as organizing and maintaining files
Ø Arrange conference and meeting together with taking notes or dictation at meetings
Ø Screen and answer phone calls, enquiries and requests
Ø Perform translation and Interpret TH – ENG- JP
Ø Deal with incoming email, faxes and post together with compose corresponding
Ø Draft and review documents, memos, reports together with create and develop visual presentation
Ø Act as a liaison with other departments, dealers, suppliers and other staffs
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 25-28 years old
Ø Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Japanese major or any related fields
Ø At least 2-5 years’ experience in secretary or interpreter
Ø Good command of English & Japanese (at least N2 or above)
Ø PC Skill (Microsoft office)
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Business level N2 above
Workplace Area: Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-60,000THB including all allowances
