Event Operation Manager (35K-45K) (SDG-36404)
<Job Responsibilities>
Source appropriate venues to capture the vision and objective of the event while also meeting budget, size and location/date requirements.
Liaison between meeting stakeholders, vendors, registration, procurement and operations teams; understand and interpret meeting objectives and navigate the firm’s event planning processes on behalf of the meeting sponsor.
Serve as the key point of contact for both the event sponsors, vendors, hotel/venue, contractors and partners.
Review, manage and negotiate contracts with off-site venues and event vendors; leverage cost savings when applicable (production, event decoration,, entertainment, transportation, team-building, IT, special supplies/materials, temp assistance).
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-37 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administrative, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Media Marketing
Very Good communication of English both written and spoken
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Passionate in Social media and gaming industry will be advantage

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon - Fri, Flexible working hours (40 hours per week))
