Work outline: Take lead of Estimation Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage and supervise Estimation Engineer team
Ø Review Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ and mobilization
Ø Participate in develop project plans for the duration of the project and construction
Ø Review material requisitions for quotation, interpretation of contract Item
Ø Coordinate with supplier/contractor
Ø Visit clients site sometimes (by company car & driver
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 35-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer,
Ø Experienced at least 10 years in related filed (QS / Estimate)
Ø Strong management skill
Ø Good Estimation & Negotiation skill
Ø Good Command of English

Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08.00 – 17.00]
