Work Outline: Estimate prepare document for cost of construction, Coordinate with supplier/contractor
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQ and mobilization
Participate in develop project plans for the duration of the project and construction
Prepare material requisitions for quotation, interpretation of contract Item
Coordinate with supplier/contractor
Visit clients site sometimes (by company car & driver)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male or female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer or related fields
At least 1 year working experience as Estimate Engineer in Construction company
Good skills for preparing BOQ and handling tender projects
Good skills for preparing VO & claim issue
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: 8.00-17.00 (Mon – Fri)
