Work outline: Technical support of client`s systems, onsite support, creating and updating systems documents
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø IT Technician/Engineer provides technical support of desktop hardware, servers and software, on-call from customers, onsite support depending on the issue, under supervision of IT Director.
Ø Create and update systems document such as equipment inventory list and monthly support report for the customer.
Ø Provides basic support for servers, network and its network equipment.
Ø Report to IT Director
Ø Visiting clients in Chonburi, Rayong area
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 25-35 years
Ø Bachelor's degree of Computer Engineering, IT engineering. (or high vocational with work experience)
Ø Onsite work experiences as a system engineer
Ø English Skills (Advanced Conversational)
Ø Having driving license and his/her own car (to commute and go onsite to customer, allowance paid)
Preferable:
Ø Have knowledge of systems in manufacturing companies
Ø Familiarity with network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Microtik, D-Link etc.), server HW (HP, Dell, IBM), and NAS knowledge
Ø Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
