Job Description
• Helping the sales and engineering team to improve their productivity by contacting customers or suppliers • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages, answering queries, and special arrangement • Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, product numbers, export date arrangement. • Handling quality, production, sales problems with team • Document translation and conference interpretation • Other tasks as assigned by Management Workplace Area: Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri *Saturday: 2 or 3 times/ month ) Salary: 35,000–40,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 23-35 years • Bachelor’s Degree • Conversational high level of Japanese • At least 1 year working experience as service engineer in any manufacturing industry • Conversational middle level of English • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Communication skill (sales, and customer service skills) is preferable • Experience as a Sales coordinator or Sales support is preferable • Working experience in Japanese company is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational
