Engineering Manager @Chachoengsao (60K-100K) (SDG-54909) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรม <Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for managing engineering department which consists of new product introduction, product process, product tooling, product maintenance and packaging - Lead engineering department in new product process, development and participate in improvement activities to improve cycle time and quality - Support operation manager, providing technology and skills road-map to meet/exceed customer expectation - Establish site technical and technology road-map quarterly - Establish system to maintain, upgrade site's tooling, equipment and material database - Establish and lead engineering department performance to meet/ exceed KPI targets. - Establish manual book for new and existing products/ processes - Establish Industry development by using Lean, Six Sigma Process, TPM or etc. for site - Participate in R&D, regional engineering and technical meetings when required - Collaborate with business unit leader on technology road map. - Other duties as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 35-45 years old - Bachelor's Degree in Production, Mechanical Engineering or related field - 8 years of working experience in Automotive or electrical appliance industry - Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing management - Good technical background in equipment/ automation/ tooling/ quality/ product design - Proficient in Microsoft Application and Auto CAD [2D Read/Draw] - Good working knowledge on Six Sigma, Lean or/and TPM - Proficient in written and spoken English ( To communicated with Singaporean) - Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills - Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills - Strong project and time management. - Able to work independently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experiences in both automotive industry and electrical appliance industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Wellgrow Industrial Estate , Chachoengsao Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–100,000THB About the company Products: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Automobiles / Automobile Parts Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;Automobiles / Automobile Parts
