Engineering Department General Manager (Construction) (80K–100K) (SDG-99074) ผู้จัดการทั่วไปฝ่ายวิศวกรรม (ก่อสร้าง) <Job responsibilities> - Train and management of staff in the Engineering department - Progress management of ongoing projects (6-7 projects at the same time) - Provide the necessary staffing for each project - Attend management meetings to discuss ongoing projects - Visit construction sites to check for proper execution - Regularly create Report for project progress and cooperate with other engineer staff to ensure smooth operation - other duties assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ฝึกอบรมและบริหารจัดการพนักงานในแผนกวิศวกรรม - การบริหารความก้าวหน้าของโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่ (6-7 โครงการพร้อมกัน) - จัดหาบุคลากรที่จำเป็นสำหรับแต่ละโครงการ - เข้าร่วมการประชุมผู้บริหารเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่ - เข้าพบสถานที่ก่อสร้างเพื่อตรวจสอบการดำเนินการที่เหมาะสม - สร้างรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และร่วมมือกับเจ้าหน้าที่วิศวกรคนอื่นๆ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น - หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
