Engineer Senior Staff

วิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงระดับอาวุโส
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage control and maintain of machinery in production line (PLC)
• Improve development of machinery maintenance in the production process for mechanical, electrical, measuring equipment for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Control the maintenance work according to the plan.
• Plan a machine inspection.
• Ensure team performance by leading, motivating and managing and efficient way.
• Prepare monthly report to report line.
• Coach and develop subordinate's skill
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer or related field
• Have working experience at least 3 years as Maintenance Engineer in any manufacturing industry
• Have Management experience at least 1 year in Maintenance role in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience about KAIZEN, PLC : Mitsubishi, Omron
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Basic level of English (Able to read and write)
• Have working experience at least 3 years as Maintenance Engineer in Electronic manufacturing industry is preferable

• Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
• Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working :Every other Saturday >)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดการควบคุมและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในสายการผลิต (PLC)
•ปรับปรุงพัฒนาการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าเครื่องมือวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
•ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงตามแผน.
•วางแผนการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร
•สร้างความมั่นใจในการทำงานของทีมโดยวิธีที่เป็นผู้นำสร้างแรงจูงใจและจัดการและมีประสิทธิภาพ
•จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนไปยังสายรายงาน
•โค้ชและพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-40 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาช่างซ่อมบำรุงวิศวกรไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในบทบาทการบำรุงรักษาในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ KAIZEN, PLC: Mitsubishi, Omron
•สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

•ภาษาอังกฤษ: พื้นฐาน
