Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead teams, motivate personnel, and drive project execution. - Plan and control project schedules, costs, resources, and overall progress. - Manage project costs, budgets, contracts, variations, claims, progress payments, and cash flow. - Make timely decisions and manage project risks related to technical issues, contracts, schedule, and cost. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and management. - Ensure workplace safety, quality standards, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Apply engineering knowledge to support decision-making and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - At least 10 years of experience in Site Engineering/Project Engineering, with 3 years of management experience in the factory/warehouse construction industry - Conversational High level in English for communicate with the report line and clients <Program> - Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Power BI - Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Excel
