Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Install, test, and commission laser machines to ensure proper operation according to company standards. - Perform on-site maintenance and repair services for laser machines, including preventive and corrective maintenance. - Work on-site at customer locations on an almost daily basis. - Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot laser machines directly at the machine to ensure stable performance. - Customers are mainly located in industrial estates in Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, and Rayong. - Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth installation and service activities. - Prepare service, maintenance, and installation reports after each on-site visit. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering - New graduates are welcomed - Proficient in computer programs (AUTOCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF). - Converstion High in English (with team member and clients) - Own car and driving license - Can work at the up-country (Industrial Estate area) <Personality> - Good interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and professional skills. - Has service mind and skill of solve the immediately problem. - Open to learn new skills. - Can accompany with Chinese engineers from Factory sometimes. (They only Speak Chinese or English) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Has Experience handle machine will be considered.
