<Job Responsibilities> - Factory automation system, Machine installation, and Spare parts recommendation - Plan and control to complete the installation or maintenance work on time - Carry out on-site installation, continuous preventative maintenance, or product testing - Visit clients, respond to service requests quickly, and deliver service solutions successfully - Other tasks assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering - At least 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance, or installing in Factory Automation (FA) equipment - Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome - Has own car and driving license and visits clients in industrial areas by own driving - Conversational High level in English for communication with the Japanese GM and customers in another country (ASEAN) - Able to travel to up-country 1-2 times/year (ASEAN) - Has basic computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) <In Details> - Communication skills to negotiate, handle clients' complaints, and develop new items - Has a service mind and coordinates with suppliers and internal communication. - Self-motivated, Team player, and able to work under pressure <Preferable> - Business Level in English - Experience in a Japanese Company - Having mechanical knowledge is a plus
