Work outline: HR Tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Acts as an advisor and contact person between employee committee and union representatives
Ø Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws
Ø Design and develop engagement program and company activities
Ø Maintain good relationship with local labor authorities
Ø Review and implement discipline guidelines and monitor the disciplinary action process that align with company regulations
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male, age 38-49 years
Ø Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Laws, Psychology or related filed
Ø Good HR knowledge with good practice
Ø Familiar with union and good knowledge of labor law
Ø Familiar working with Operation employee as well as senior management
Ø Pleasant and outgoing but strong character with good leadership skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad Rd km 37, Company provide shuttle bus
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.10 (Mon-Fri)
