Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Lead and oversee the design and development of complex analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive and industrial applications.
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring high-quality output, technical accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
- Review and approve hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and embedded system designs using tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.
- Drive hardware-software integration efforts and oversee validation and debugging activities using advanced lab instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Guide the team through the complete product development lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to design validation and mass production.
- Ensure product compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF 16949, RoHS, CE, UL, EMC) and support related testing and certification processes.
- Perform and support failure analysis and root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Apply best practices in signal integrity, high-speed design, thermal management, DFM, and DFT to ensure robust and scalable product designs.
- Plan and delegate project tasks, monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, quality, and manufacturing departments.
- Conduct technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide performance feedback to foster professional growth and technical excellence within the team.
- Maintain and manage accurate documentation, including BOMs, test reports, and design specifications, using PLM systems and version control tools.
- Utilize simulation tools such as LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink, or PSpice for design verification and performance analysis.
