Work outline: electrical maintenance tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for electrical maintenance in factory in order to maintain continuously production process
Ø Responsible for machinery installation or modification to achieve the factory target and plan
Ø Manage appropriated preventive maintenance system for production and Utility machines, control follow as planning.
Ø Supply utility to factory with quality and stability (Electricity, cooling water, service water, compressed air, LPG, N2 and H2)
Ø Arrange calibration plan for process measurement equipment follow production and ISO9001 requirement, control calibration follow as plan.
Ø Spare part and inventory control for electrical part of machine
Ø Control works of department to follow ISO140001 which compliant with law. (Electric safety check, Grounding test, LPG storage tank test)
Ø Make service contract for maintenance by supplier. (Hoist & Crane, Air conditioner maintenance, Air compressor maintenance, etc.
Ø Lead troubleshooting for machine breakdown and trouble.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male, age 30-37 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
Ø At least 8 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance field from manufacturing firm. (Automotive/ construction or any related field)
Ø Good in English Communication
Ø Management skill
Ø Computer literacy
Ø Good personality, mature and proactive
Preferable:
Ø Experienced to operate automation system (PLC) will be advantage
Ø Knowledge in Glass Manufacturing
Language skills:
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Samut Prakan or Chonbu-ri (Amata Nakorn)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 45,000-60,000 THB negotiable
