Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Design, modify, and improve electrical systems, production machinery, and related equipment. - Inspect and control electrical installation work to ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements. - Monitor and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment to ensure reliable operation. - Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) for electrical systems and machinery to minimize production downtime. - Troubleshoot electrical and machinery-related issues and provide effective solutions to prevent production interruptions. - Read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, and technical documents for maintenance and improvement work. - Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of electrical equipment, spare parts, and materials. - Estimate material costs, labor costs, and budgets for installation, maintenance, and improvement projects. - Test and inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify potential problems and ensure safe operation. - Improve electrical systems, maintenance processes, and equipment efficiency through continuous improvement activities. - Monitor emergency and safety-related systems within the factory. - Support energy conservation and energy management initiatives. - Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, technical documents, and project-related documentation. - Coordinate with technicians, production teams, contractors, and other relevant departments to complete maintenance and engineering activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering. - At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing plant - Able to read and understand single-line diagrams and electrical drawings. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversational middle-level English (Documents, Email) - Experience using engineering/design or calculation software such as AutoCAD or related tools. - - Possession of a Professional Engineering License (กว.) will be given special consideration - Experience in packaging Manufacturing
