Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Determine the correct number of employees each day to ensure production targets. - Control to prevent waste from occurring in the production process and correct to prevent recurrence. - Supervise the preparation of raw materials and various equipment used in production to be ready - Control and supervise compliance. - Work discipline rules include 5S and work safety. - Determine methods and procedures for employees to achieve goals. - Strictly monitor and control to maintain ISO 9001, 5S, and SAFETY standard requirements. - Check and report daily production results and enter the data into the system. - Inventory control and management in Production Line - Coordinate between agencies and ensure smooth cooperation between related agencies. - Manage other tasks as assigned by supervisors. - Take care of and maintain machinery and equipment used in production. and coordinate with the machinery maintenance department - Read DRAWING and be able to smoothly pass it on to subordinates.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. - At least 1 year of experience as an electrical engineer in any industry - Fresh grades are welcome - Conversational middle level in English (To communicate with the Japanese report line, e-mail and documents) - Good computer skills in program Microsoft Office (Word,E xcel, PowerPoint) - Good computer skills in CAD <Preferable Skill / Experience > - An Electrical Engineer License will be an advantage.
