About this Job
Work outline: Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
Ø Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Ø Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
Ø Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
Ø Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
Ø Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
Ø Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Ø Compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
Ø Preparing reports as required
Ø Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Ø In accordance with the project, there is also a case to go to the industrial park
Ø *Use company car with driver (Frequency change by projects)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male and Female, age 25 - 39 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree or construction field.
Ø Experience of site engineer field. (Min 2 Years)
Ø Good command in English to speak in company
Ø In accordance with the project, people who go to the industrial park
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: (BTS) Ekkamai/(Airportlink) Ramkhamhaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Sat) *Saturday half-day attendance in office
