Work outline: Responsible for managing and repairing machine (Product: AEROSOL VALVE, ACCESSORIES, SPRAYER PUMP, DISPENSER PUMP, and TRIGGER PUMP)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage progress of making and repair assembly machine for valve, actuator and pump.
Ø Find the repair point and provide idea about improvement method
Ø Improve efficiency of assembly machines
Ø Solve the problem together with Production and QC
Ø Provide instruction how to repair or improve the machine to technician
Ø Can use AUTO CAD (2D or 3D) is helpful for this job
Ø Control the technician’s work
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality , Male only, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field
Ø At least 5-7 Working Experience in management of production
Ø Having Knowledge of machine, machine making , Machine repairing
Ø Able to maintaining, repairing, and replacing devices, equipment, machinery if necessary
Ø Able to Preventive or scheduled maintenance, where equipment or facilities are inspected, maintained and protected before break down or other problems occur.
Preferable:
Ø Experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Bangna + Company’s Shuttle Bus
Working Hour: 7.30 – 16.30 (Mon-Fri) Alternate Saturday
