Work Outline: Create annual training plan and organize training programs to support education team


Duties & Responsibility:


Develop and support training programs in the organization both in house and public training course

Lead the team and actively participate in the development, delivery, and execution of learning programs

Be an effective trainer for some courses requested by managers

Prepare training records


Qualifications:

Age not over 35, Thai nationality

Bachelor’s degree in any related fields

Minimum 5 years of experience in training or related fields 

Good Command of English

Good personality

Interpersonal skills

Team platter with positive interpersonal skills, service-mindNped, flexible and able to solve problems

Dynamic, creative and proactive

Ability to multi-task and have good sense of urgency

Able to work under pressure

Having completed courses on training facilitation and coaching is desirable (benefits will be added if holding certificates)


Languages skills 

English: Advanced Conversation


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri (Sathorn) and Suvarnnabhumi airport

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
